WHEN I land on a page that has video.
AND Video is set to auto play.
AND Video plays for five seconds or more.
THEN I am provided a way to stop or pause video.
WHEN I land on a page that has video.
AND The video starts to play.
THEN I am provided with close captioning or a way to turn them on.
WHEN I land on a page that has video.
AND The video starts to play.
AND The video contains strobe / flash effects.
THEN The flashes do not happen more than 3 times a second.
Prerecorded Video Only
WHEN I land on a page that has prerecorded video.
THEN I am provided a text description of the video.
WHEN I land on a page that has prerecorded video.
THEN I am provided a audio description of the video.
AND Video is set to auto play.
AND Video plays for five seconds or more.

More Information
Video MUST meet the following:
- If video plays for more than 5 seconds, there must be a way to stop or pause the video [ WCAG 2.2.2 ].
- Captioning is avaialable for prerecoreded video [WCAG 1.2.2].
- Audio description / media alternitive is avaialable for prerecoreded video [WCAG 1.2.3].
- Captioning is avaialable for live video [WCAG 1.2.4].
Audio SHOULD meet the following:
- Background sounds should be about 20dB lower or removed during dialogue.
